Credit Card (to put on file)
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice. Cancellations without 24-hour notice or no-shows will result in a 50% charge to of the full service amount to your credit card.
If you are late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate. However, please keep in mind that your service time may be cut in order for us to be on time for the next client after you. You will still be responsible for the full amount of your services.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with any products with “Wildflower Skincare” logo, we are happy to exchange or refund. Exchanges and Returns must be made within 7 days of the purchased date.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for Dermodality or any products without “Wildflower Skincare” logo. All sales are final.
Giftcards/E-Giftcards cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
Facial Packages cannot be exchanged/refunded/transferred or used as credits for other products/services.
