cancellations, Rescheduling and late arrival policy

At Wildflower Skincare, your time is valuable and so is ours. 

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you follow our policy:

 

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24-hour notice.

Changes made with less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

If you are late for your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate. However, please keep in mind that your service time may be cut in order for us to be on time for the next client.  

if you are more than 20 minutes late for a facial, it will be considered a late cancellation and will be subject to the 50% charge.

If your appointment includes multiple services, we will try our best to do as much as we can within the time frame.  You are still responsible for the scheduled service total.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
